After this brutal election season, I’m ready for some chocolate. How about you?!
I sort of fell into this recipe by accident. I’ve always loved topping my yogurt with banana slices, but I recently discovered a combination I like even better — peanuts and chocolate chips. One day, it hit me. “Sarah, why don’t you put all three together?”
Voila! The funky monkey yogurt parfait is born.
Let’s just say when I first tested the recipe, I did a happy dance right there in the kitchen. Then I tested it on my kids, and they declared me their new hero. 🙂 It’s so simple to make and delicious!
If you’re craving a little chocolate but don’t want to blow your whole diet, this treat is the perfect option. Even better shared with a friend!
